Intellectual property
All elements of the vacarme.ai website and the Vacarme application (structure, text, logos, trademarks, graphics, software) are the exclusive property of Basecamp Labs SAS or its partners, unless stated otherwise, and are protected under French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without Basecamp Labs SAS's prior written consent is prohibited.
Consumer mediation
Under French law (articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code), any consumer has the right to use a free consumer mediation service to resolve a dispute with a professional. Basecamp Labs SAS is in the process of appointing an accredited consumer mediator; that mediator's contact details will be added to this page once this process is complete.
